Shipping Information
Shipping Policy: all shipping is done via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require signatures for all deliveries. Please reference the chart below for the cost and the type of service. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the article is in stock please note it may be longer we cannot control UPS ) We can also ship your purchase as a gift to another party. At the present time we are only shipping to the continental US (50 states). Please note items may be out of stock and we make ever attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
Please note: we cannot ship to PO boxes - it must be a street address.

SIANY Return/Exchange Policy
Any return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and have Return Authorization on outside of package. SIANY stands behind all of the merchandise we sell.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an error on behalf of SIANY.com.
Please email us at customerservice@SIANY.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA#'s expire 7 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by UPS, registered or insured mail since SIANY.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to: SIANY 189 The Grove Drive H30 Los Angeles CA 90036.
SPECIAL ORDER and SALE ITEMS are Final Sale. If a special order item is cancelled, there will be a 5% charge to help cover in-bound shipping fees from the designer and credit card fees. PRE-ORDERS may be cancelled for a full refund before item ships out from SIANY.
